Here at Luxury Surf, we believe we offer the highest quality accommodations at a great value in the very best locations. But don’t take our word for it. Here is what the media and our guests are saying…
International Press:
Mens Journal: Villa Lunada and Hotel CINCO are recommended as excellent spots for stand up paddleboarding, surfing, and healthy living. “The 5,000-square-foot house is perfect for multiple families or a surfing retreat with the dudes.”
InPuntadeMita.com: Local online magazine and visitor’s guide says: “The villa boasts exquisite construction, elegant tropical decor, and stunning views; but the Villa Lunada goes much deeper, wider, and wilder than just any luxury rental.”
Prevue: An online journal of destination experiences for meetings and incentives says, “Hotel CINCO is surfer lifestyle meets healthy living–all wrapped up in chic.”
SUP Connect / Stand Up Journal: Named Hotel CINCO as one of the top five places in the world to take a SUP Vacation. “This upscale hotel is doing a fabulous job of catering to the SUP community… Not only does the hotel have SUP boards on site for guest use, but the rooms also look directly onto the Anclote surf break – known as one of the best beginner waves in Mexico.”
Boutique Homes: The online authority on modern vacation rentals with style and personality says, “Hotel CINCO offers an unpretentious yet still luxurious organic living experience in a refined atmosphere.”
Bridal Guide: After naming Riviera Nayarit Meixco’s hottest new honeymoon draw, they recommend Hotel CINCO as a “cozy honeymoon getaway… every accommodation has a terrace with sweeping Pacific Ocean views.”
Huffington Post: One of the most trusted news sources in the age of new media calls Hotel CINCO and Punta Mita a top 5 summer surfing spot. “For those seeking a luxurious Punta Mita vacation without fencing themselves off from Mexican reality, this is the ideal pick.”
New York Times: An older article featuring Hotel CINCO when it was called Hotel des Artistes still captures the essence of the property with colorful descriptions.

Villa Lunada
We stayed at Villa Lunada for one week in March. This Villa is absolutely amazing! We are a family of six – two adults and four teenage daughters. We were all blown away with the home, the services provided, the views, etc. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the trip was. The staff was amazing – my daughters loved them! It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken – we were so spoiled with the amazing views, the attention from the staff, and the peacefulness and privacy of the Villa. We will definitely be going back!!

The place is epic. We scored tons of uncrowded waves, had great food, and it all had an amazing setting. Restaurants, golf, and services close by too, but no real need to leave the house. Literally – something for everybody. My very discerning group will be returning.

Villa Lunada—set within the gated Four Seasons property—is an amazing escape to paradise. The photos don’t do it justice. The perfect place to relax and wind down. Enjoy the amazing sunrise and surf.

An amazing spot! Villa Lunada was a welcome retreat and we were relaxed from the moment we arrived. Super great feel to the home with beautiful design between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Hotel CINCO
Great authentic restaurant in the hotel as well as a rooftop pool and lounge chairs on the beach. My favorite part was the close access to surf and a surf shop with panga boats to take you to all the reefs near the hotel. On the one flat day of surf, I golfed the Four Seasons course, which was literally two minutes away. I can’t wait to go back.

The staff goes above and beyond any resort I’ve ever stayed in, making sure your time with them is perfect. The food was phenomenal. The rooftop bar/grill made us the best fresh fish grilled tacos and tuna sashimi I have ever had. The entire environment is the true definition of a relaxing vacation. It was highlighted by an excursion out to some uninhabited islands for swimming and
whale watching, where we got to see a baby
whale and its mama playing within 30 feet
of our boat. Can’t wait to return!

A big thanks to Greg for all of his help and advice on booking our holiday and to Horatio who was on site and an absolute pleasure to meet and deal with. We will be back.

Ventana del Mar
Rooms are big and well appointed, and there’s plenty of space in the common/living area for everyone. The kitchen is set up nice with a big island for serving, and everything else you need. The deck is the highlight with great views of the waves and little town. Pool and Jacuzzi are super close too. Owners were very helpful and easy to work with. We will be back.

The Penthouse
The location is PERFECT for enjoying the activities of Punta Mita, all within steps of your door, yet allowing for laidback pool time and lounging on the deck watching the sailboats, and checking in on the multiple surf breaks. Nothing like looking at the local break from your veranda while sipping a margarita, even at sunrise!
This penthouse is truly a special find for those that want to have surf luxury next to the beach, the community, and still maintain privacy for those relaxing moments we are all searching for on vacation!

This luxurious penthouse unit provided us with the vacation experience of a lifetime! The balcony overlooks the bay and Punta Mita beach. We spent hours enjoying the view, dining at the wonderful outdoor table or lounging in the comfortably upholstered furniture while we watched our children surf.
Another huge plus was the concierge, Horacio, who was made available to us for the duration of our stay. Horacio ensured that everything we required or desired was taken care of immediately, including restaurant recommendations and reservations, shopping tips, transportation, SUP and surfboard rental. Even unusual requests like our children’s desire to go sailing were taken care of in style.
